Built around 1800 as Prince Schwarzenberg’s inn, a hotel since 1954. Warm wood, old stone walls and rooms with their own character tell its story.

How close is Schlosshotel Seewirt to the slopes?
The slope runs right past the hotel, and the lift is 50 metres away. The ski school and ski hire are right next door.
How much does a night at Schlosshotel Seewirt cost?
From €170 per person per night including half board. Children in an extra bed receive a discount depending on age: 3 to 5 years: 70%; 6 to 10 years: 50%; 11 to 15 years: 40%. Overnight tax: €2.50 plus an innovation contribution of €1.00 per person per day, for guests aged 15 and over.
What is included in half board?
A breakfast buffet with freshly prepared egg dishes, waffles and pancakes, an afternoon snack such as Kaiserschmarrn or Käsespätzle, and dinner with starters, salads and soups from the buffet, a choice of three main courses and a served dessert.
Is lunch available at the hotel?
We do not serve lunch. An afternoon snack is included in half board.
Why should I book directly with the hotel?
Our direct rates are 10% lower than on booking platforms. The advantage is already included in all prices shown, with no code needed. You also receive a personal welcome gift, exclusively for direct bookings.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
Yes, if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival. The cancellation terms are: at least 30 days before arrival: free of charge; 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%; 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75%; 7 days or less before arrival: 100%. The minimum stay is 2 nights, or 5 nights in peak season.
What are the skiing conditions on the Turracher Höhe?
The ski area lies at 1,400 to 2,205 metres and has 100% snowmaking coverage. Actual snow conditions and open slopes depend on the weather; please check the ski area's current report before your visit.
Is Schlosshotel Seewirt open in summer?
We are a winter hotel. Our season runs from 3 December 2026 to 4 April 2027. The hotel is closed in summer.
